Mental Health Services to Meet Your Needs

Julie Shea, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Owner

You don’t always need a plan. Sometimes you just need to breathe, trust, let go, and see what happens
— Mandy Hale

Are you looking for a therapist who listens and makes you feel heard? Life is stressful and finding a therapist who truly connects with you can be challenging. I have over 15 years of experience working with children, families, and adults. In my practice, I strive to have my clients feel comfortable to be themselves without fear of judgement. I am a therapist who will start by learning your story and how we came to work together. From there, I work with my clients to develop a plan to meet your needs. This may involve:

* Learning more about yourself

* Using your strengths

* Creating a greater sense of self

* Addressing the specifics of your concern (e.g., Career changes, grief, relationship conflict, and medical or chronic illness).

I am a trauma-informed therapist that focuses on the whole person. My methods are highly skilled and I use cognitive behavioral therapy. This approach focuses on how our thoughts, feelings, and actions impact one another and how to make small changes that lead to long-term positive results. I want you to feel better, more confident, and more connected with others, so you can live your life the way you want.

When you’re ready to begin, I’m here.
